Website information and our services
Website content describes Coincide's approach and capabilities in general terms. It is not professional, legal, financial, technical or other specialist advice; a guaranteed outcome; a binding proposal; or an offer to deliver a particular service.
You should not make an important business decision solely from public website content. A recommendation for a particular organisation requires appropriate discovery, evidence and agreement on the relevant context.

Opportunity Scans and client engagements
The Opportunity Scan is a free 30-minute introductory conversation. Booking it does not create a paid engagement or commit you to purchase a service. Please use your booking confirmation to change or cancel a time you can no longer attend.
Sending an enquiry or booking an Opportunity Scan does not oblige either party to proceed. Any audit, sprint, build or managed service is subject to a separate written agreement covering scope, responsibilities, fees, intellectual property, data handling, acceptance and liability.
If these website terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the signed agreement governs the client engagement to the extent of that conflict.

Illustrative demonstrations
The proof workspace and capability vignettes use fictional organisations, records and values. They are examples of interface and workflow concepts, not live integrations, active client systems, case studies or measured client results. Controls in a demonstration affect only that page.

The public AI assistant
Guided-mode answers come from approved website information. When clearly labelled live AI mode is enabled, answers are generated automatically and are not reviewed before display. They may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your circumstances.
The assistant cannot access your systems, submit an enquiry, send a message, make a booking or take any other action. Use general process descriptions only. Do not provide personal, customer, confidential, credential or sensitive information. Please read the privacy notice before using it.

Acceptable use
You must not use the website to:
- break the law, infringe another person's rights or cause harm;
- attempt unauthorised access, probe security or interfere with the website's availability;
- introduce malicious code, automate abusive requests or evade limits;
- impersonate another person or submit misleading contact details; or
- upload or disclose information you do not have the right to provide.
We may restrict or block access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, its users or another person's rights.

Unless stated otherwise, the website, Coincide identity, copy, design, software and demonstration materials are owned by or licensed to the website operator. Access does not transfer ownership or grant a right to copy, adapt, distribute, commercially exploit or remove ownership notices from that material.
You may view the website and share links to public pages for legitimate business purposes. Any wider use requires prior written permission.
